To further our commitment to the Dallas Symphony, Innovators volunteer their time to help staff with various symphony-related events.  Be an active member and volunteer as much as you can!  Opportunities include:

Symphony Store
One of the benefits of being an Innovators member is the opportunity to volunteer at the Symphony Store.  The duty is easy: help store personnel with gift wrapping and customer inquiries. Volunteers arrive at the store no later than 75 minutes before a performance, work during the intermission, and after the performance.

In exchange for your time, you will receive free parking in the staff parking garage and two tickets for that evening’s performance (when available).

Publicity
Help publicize Behind the Scenes events and promote the Innovators to local publications.

Behind the Scenes
Help with set-up/tear-down and check-in of our Behind the Scenes events.  This is a great way to meet members in an informal setting.

Affaire de Champagne
We need volunteers to help with planning the event, obtaining auction items, set-up/tear-down, and silent auction, amongst other things!

Corporate Sponsorships
Help us with sponsorships for Affaire de Champagne, Behind the Scenes, Young Strings gifts and much more.  If you work for (or know of) a company that has a community program and would be willing to sponsor either in-kind services and/or donations in return for advertising sponsorships.

Young Strings Program
TWO to FOUR volunteers are needed to help at events throughout the year.  Contact Jan Thatchter, 972-423-5824, jthatch@plainscapital.com.
